Supporting children to fulfil their learning and developmental potential is what I love to do! 

I have over 12 years experience working as an Educational Psychologist in Warwickshire, and was a primary school teacher before that. I’m also a mother of two, so I understand the practicalities and challenges of family life. I’m passionate about inclusive, positive psychology delivered in collaboration with parents, carers and schools. I take a creative, solution-focused approach to this work and will use a range of assessment tools and interventions, depending on the needs of the individuals, in order to achieve positive outcomes.

I believe that those of us who are privileged to work with children and young people must be exceptional listeners, and find the clues that can unblock an individual’s potential.

Professional Qualifications

  • BEd (Hons) with QTS (Primary Teaching)
  • 1st Class BSc (Hons) Psychology
  • MEd in Professional Training in Educational Psychology (with Distinction)
  • PhD research in Psychology

 

We adhere to the British Psychological Society’s Code of Ethics, Conduct and Professional Practice Guidelines (2011) and Ethical Trading: Guidelines for Practice for Educational Psychology.
